Delivery

Delivery times may vary, but most of our pieces are made to order and can take 12-16 weeks to deliver using our bespoke furniture delivery service. If you are looking to place a time-sensitive order, please reach out to our Customer Service at hello@livingindesign.com before placing your order to ensure your piece will be delivered before your required date.

Included within your shipping fees is kerbside delivery service, should you require white glove delivery services please get in touch with our team at hello@livingindesign.com. All of our items are shipped within wooden crates to ensure your item or items' safety and protection when in transit. When disposing of these wooden creates, please contact your local council regarding appropriate disposal and recycling methods.

On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery. If this happens, we will keep you informed, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. If the delivery address is changed after the order is placed, please contact our Customer Services at hello@livingindesign.com.

Returns

If you would like to return your product, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will walk you through every step of the process. You can return the product in its original packaging with a courier of your choice. Please note the postage fees and import duties (depending on the country of origin) will be sustained by the customer. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after we have received and checked your returned goods.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for made to order products.
