Delivery times may vary as most of our pieces are made to order. They can take 12-20 weeks to deliver using our bespoke furniture delivery service. If you are looking to place a time-sensitive order, please reach out to our customer service team at before placing your order to ensure it will be delivered before your required date. Our online shipping rates currently only include the mainland UK. However, upon request and with additional fees, we are able to ship worldwide. Please don't hesitate to contact us at for a quote.

Included within your shipping fees is our kerbside delivery service. Should you require white glove delivery services, please contact our team at Our items are shipped within wooden crates to ensure your item or items' utmost safety and protection during transit. When disposing of these wooden crates, please get in touch with your local council regarding appropriate disposal and recycling methods.

On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery. If this happens, we will keep you informed, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. If your desired delivery address changes after the order is placed, please get in touch with our customer service team at at your earliest convenience.


If you would like to return your product, please contact our customer service team at, and we will walk you through the returns process. You can return the product in its original packaging with a courier of your choice. Please note the postage fees and import duties (depending on the country of origin) will be sustained by the customer. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after we have received and checked your returned goods. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for made to order products.
